Travis Norman, Co-Founder

“My other car is a unicorn…”

As Co-Founder, Travis brings to the team a history of demonstrated excellence in sales, team leadership, and social media marketing / optimization.  His career path includes experience as Technology Manager for a music and audio superstore, Lead Systems Integrator of high-end home theater / home automation equipment, and Publication Manager for a multimedia college.  Throughout this journey one factor has been a constant: each step along the way demanded a relentless dedication to maintaining proficiency with the latest technical innovations.  It is this drive which continues to propel Travis today as he finds ways to apply the new tools of the internet to help ReactionNow’s clients achieve their goals.  Meanwhile, when not immersed in the interwebs, he can be found enjoying nature, relishing the “cuteness overload” of his two kittens and bunny playing contentedly together, or supporting “unicorn techno,” a sub-genre of music which may or may not actually exist.

Stephen Wayne Shearer, Co-Founder

“Hey you guys!”

By 2008 Stephen had become what some might call a production “guru,” however he did not feel complete.  Even though he knew how to integrate dozens of social networks with the latest web based software, create stunning photography, video, animation, design, and websites, he felt there was something missing.  Purpose.  Many miles away from his Minneapolis home, Stephen set up shop in a cold damp wine cellar in hopes he might find what he was looking for.  Decently plump bats squeaked inspirational quotes and flew circles over his dusty workstation.  This is where Stephen immersed himself into every aspect of another revolution, the social media revolution.  It had all become clear to him – making content was only a small part of creating a living, breathing experience that an audience can interact with.  To this day that is what he strives to do, only now in a well lit office space and local Dunn Bros coffee shops.

Mike Bausman, Media Consultant and Web 2.0 Strategist

From content creation to strategic marketing solutions, Mike brings a variety of skills and perspectives to the table as a ReactionNow team member. With his attention focused heavily on the ever-evolving state of the new media industry, he is able to provide relevant campaign strategies for bands, brands and individuals who wish to harness the power of online marketing. Intrigued and inspired by the potential to effectively engage with a multitude of fans, followers and customers in the digital realm, Mike is driven to collaborate with team members to develop a remarkable online presence for all ReactionNow clients.

Jesse Caffrey, Content Sorcerer

“And then they dance away clean like Savion Glover”

After turning in his IT badge (and gun), Jesse returned home to the Motherland and enrolled at the Institute for Production and Recording in downtown Minneapolis. He currently resides in an ancient monastery in the Northeast neighborhood, where he is patiently mastering the savage arts of audio engineering and post-production (while at the same time skyrocketing the stock value of Dunn Bros Coffee). At the ReactionNow table, Jesse writes amusing blogs and assists with graphic design and web development for clients. For an extra cookie, he will also design sound, capture and edit audio and video, and write content. When he’s not having the most fun in the world at his job, he is creating and listening to music, playing make-believe when nobody is looking, preparing for the zombie apocalypse, and running rampant with his tree-house gang through his favorite city.

Antonio Rodriguez, Media Production Specialist

Antonio is a multitasking monster, capable of devouring any and all duties in his path.  Whether called upon to oversee video production and post production, assist with on and offline promotions, or contribute to graphic design and branding efforts, he has developed a reputation as a results oriented individual capable of making things happen.  Having recently graduated with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Media Arts, Rodriguez has been eagerly assisting with the “Social Science” and “Creative Chemistry” that the ReactionTeam use to help clients achieve their goals.  When he’s not busy experimenting “in the lab,” Antonio can be found enthusiastically supporting local music and culture in Minneapolis.
